SDLA (Sarocha Design Landscape Architecture Ltd) is a London and Bangkok based studio delivering thoughtful, carefully crafted landscapes that respond to their context and enhance how spaces are experienced. As a small and focused practice, we place great emphasis on design quality, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach, working closely with clients and consultant teams to develop solutions that are both creative and practical. Founded by a landscape architect originally from Bangkok with over nine years of professional experience in the UK, SDLA combines tropical landscape insight with UK design and technical expertise. Sarocha Devapalin

Sarocha Devapalin is a Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) with over nine years of professional experience in the UK, delivering complex projects across a variety of sectors. She has also worked on projects in Southeast Asia and the Middle East, bringing an international perspective to her design approach.

Her background started in Landscape Architecture, with a Bachelor’s from Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok and a Master’s from the University of Greenwich in London, blending creative design thinking with technical expertise. After contributing to leading multidisciplinary practices including BDP, HTA Design, and Chris Blandford Associates, she now leads her own studio, SDLA, where she focuses on meticulous detail, clear design strategy, and close collaboration with clients and consultant teams. Her approach ensures every project is thoughtfully coordinated, high-quality, and enduring.
